Problem Note 42091: A target diagram might execute unnecessarily

When a diagram that contains a Link node in SAS® Campaign Management is executed, the target diagram (with a target cell that contains a count) also executes. This problem occurs even if the Use the most current data when referenced by a link Diagram Property is not selected. The expectation is that the Link node returns the count from the target cell without needing to rerun the target diagram.
This problem might have a negative effect upon performance.
