During installation of SAS 9.3, the software handles reboot pending issues differently on the Windows operating system than in previous versions of SAS^® software. After you have answered all questions in the SAS^® Deployment Wizard, at the Deployment Summary screen, you have the option to click Start to begin the installation:

if a reboot is necessary, the Pending Reboot and Automatic Log On dialog box appears:

If you type the incorrect information for the User Name and/or Password, the installation still continues. However, the installation prompts you for the correct User Name and Password after the system reboots.
