Problem Note 42603: The reload button is not available after using code to create a batch permissions table

When a permission table is created using code, the table is not associated with either a cube or a schema. Without those associations, the reload button in the Bulk Permissions window is not active. After the permissions have been loaded into the cube or schema, you can redefine the associations by deleting the table and then using SAS® OLAP Cube Studio to add it back.
