Usage Note 42601: SAS® Marketing Optimization's Contact History option might become unchecked when you refresh the optimization group
The Contact History option might not remain selected when you refresh your optimization group in SAS Marketing Optimization. When this problem occurs, the Contact History might not be updated.
Check the contact history tables in the SAS® Customer Intelligence Reporting Common Data Model to ensure that the data is updated. You might need to re-execute to populate the table correctly.
