Problem Note 42144: Errors occur when you try to create a new flow in a SAS® Management Console repository when another repository is in an offline state
You cannot create a new flow in a SAS Management Console repository (for example, Repository A) when another repository (Repository B) is in an offline state. The flow is not created, and the metadata server reports an error similar to the following in the log:
Repository B cannot be accessed because it is currently OFFLINE.
In SAS Management Console, you get a message similar to this:
A flow must be assigned to a location. Select a valid location.
To work around this issue, schedule flows only when you are connected to the metadata server.
