Problem Note 42059: Household-level contact policies are dropped during the preprocessing DATA step in SAS® Marketing Optimization

In SAS Marketing Optimization, if you are using contact policies at the household level and are using the preprocessing option %let hh_add_1contact_per_comm=0, in some instances the household-level contact policies are being violated. This causes your scenario to be incorrect.
