Problem Note 41916: SAS® BI Dashboard, the SAS Shared Alert Portlet, and the SAS Logon Manager might experience problems when an External Theme URI is defined

When you define an External Theme Uniform Resource Identifier (URI), symptoms such as the following might occur in SAS BI Dashboard, the SAS Shared Alert Portlet, and the SAS Logon Manager:
- missing GUI buttons. For example, the OK and Cancel buttons might be missing in SAS BI Dashboard.
- errors in the Web application server log. For example, in the case of the SAS Shared Alert Portlet, the following errors might appear in the log:
