Problem Note 41894: "Save report failed due to backend service problem" in SAS® Web Report Studio if a report name or folder includes a double-byte space
In XML, a double-byte space (that is, the ideographic space (U+30000)) is not allowed as a name character. For this reason, SAS Web Report Studio generates the following error if you attempt to save a report that includes a double-byte space in its name or in the name of its folder.
This problem is most likely to occur in locales that use the double-byte character set such as Japanese. To circumvent the problem, remove the double-byte
space from your report name or folder.
