SAS/ACCESS Interface to DB2 might produce incorrect results when left joining two or more DB2 tables.
The issue occurs in rare cases where column aliases are used on the SELECT clause and an additional WHERE contains a PUT() function call. For example:
libname db2lib db2 datasrc=sample user=userid password=pwd;
PROC SQL;
SELECT a.x, b.y as y_alias from db2lib.a left join db2.b on (put(b.z,1.)='9');
QUIT;
Remove the alias from the SELECT clause to circumvent the issue.
A hotfix is planned for this issue.
