In SAS® High-Performance Markdown Optimization, the "Approve to Budget" function might incorrectly prioritize markdowns for geo-prods in a plan that meets all of the following conditions:
- the plan is newly optimized with no preserved markdown
- a low baseline demand discount is provided
- the demand for plan members is less than the low baseline demand threshold
There are no warnings or error messages.
