Problem Note 41792: Plan update cannot handle more than 1000 plans

When you import plan data into SAS® High-Performance Markdown Optimization, the load_stg2dm_mdo_import_plan ETL job might fail with a database error.
ORACLE prepare error: ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000
This error occurs when you attempt to update more than 1000 plans during the import.
The work around for this issue is to split the import file into pieces, such that each piece contains less than 1000 update records.
