Problem Note 41739: SAS® Web Report Studio 4.2 and later might not correctly apply custom style sheets
In SAS Web Report Studio 4.2 and later, if you apply a custom style sheet to a report, you might experience some or all of the following issues, depending on what modifications you made to your custom style sheet.
- Headers, footers, and group break labels might share the same background color as table headers even though a background was not specified (see SAS Note 46749).
- In crosstabulation tables, values in the first row are aligned at the top of the cell instead of the bottom (see SAS Note 42842).
- If you open the Table Properties dialog box, the values in the cells might be resized from 8 pt. to 11 pt. This change can occur even if you did not make any changes in the dialog box.
- After selecting a custom style sheet, you might not be able to successfully switch back to a built-in style.
- You might no longer be able to resize columns in list tables. Instead, the columns might be fixed at a width that accommodates the length of the label. In addition, the label in the last column might be truncated.
- Table border lines might be lighter inside of headers than inside the body of the table.
- Changes to cell properties in the style sheet might be applied correctly to the tables but not displayed correctly in the Table Properties dialog box.
- Custom styles might be ignored if you change other properties using the Table Properties dialog box (see SAS Note 40374).
- Custom styles are ignored when reports are distributed using the Platform LSF scheduling server. As a workaround, use in-process scheduling in order to distribute reports.
