Problem Note 41737: Model spec changes from Model Analysis are not promoted if the specs are different than the default values

Model spec changes cannot be promoted in SAS® High Performance Merchandise Configuration Workbench when the model specs in the configuration already exist with a value different than the default value. This might happen when the following conditions are true:
- a model spec in the configuration has already been changed from the default value
- the model spec exists as a model group-specific spec
- the model spec value has yet another new value
There are no warning or error messages.
