Usage Note 41568: LOGICAL ONLY attributes for Erwin Metadata Bridge

In ERWIN, you can define attributes as LOGICAL ONLY, which means, the attribute is not being created physically. ERWIN allows attributes to be used temporarily when running code, without actually creating the attributes.
When importing LOGICAL ONLY attributes into the SAS® 9.2, they are imported as physical metadata, which is incorrect, since they do not actually exist in the table being created.
