Problem Note 41459: A "Plug-in Jar Version Issues" dialog box is generated when you invoke SAS® Management Console

After you apply the SAS Middle Tier hot fix C80001, a Plug-in Jar Version Issues dialog box appears with the following message:
The following plug-ins attempted to load versions of jars that are not allowd in the framework: -wipclientwipclient requested sas.common.framework "[902300.1.0.20101011170000_v920m3f,902300.1.0.20101011170000_v920m3f]" but version "[902300.0.0.20100324190000_v920m3,902300.0.0.20100324190000_v920m3]" was already loaded by the framework and cannot be overridden.
wipclient requested sas.common.framework.nls "[902300.0.0.20101011170000_v920m3f,902300.0.0.20101011170000_v920m3f]" but version "[902300.0.0.20100324190000_v920m3,902300.0.0.20100324190000_v920m3]" was already loaded by the framework and cannot be overridden.
wipclient requested sas.framework.commons "[902300.1.0.20101011170000_v920m3f,902300.1.0.20101011170000_v920m3f]" but version "[902300.0.0.20100324190000_v920m3,902300.0.0.20100324190000_v920m3]" was already loaded by the framework and cannot be overridden.
SAS Management Console executes, but the new locale support for Arabic and Hebrew that is included in hot fix C80001 will not be available.
