The average claim rate that appears on the Summary tab for the Multivariate Statistical Drivers analysis might be incorrect if the value for both the adjusted claim count and the sample size is 0. This problem occurs because the claim rate is not set when the sample size is 0.
As a workaround, do not use the average claim rate when the sample size is 0.
