Problem Note 41399: A previously viewed report appears when you click the View HTML button in the SAS® Warranty Analysis thin client

A previously viewed report is shown when you use the View HTML button in the thin client if you apply search citeria. The problem occurs when you perform the following steps:

  1. Save two reports: a Pareto chart and a Details table.
  2. Log on to the SAS Warranty Analysis thin client and navigate to the SAS Warranty Analysis Reports page.
  3. Click View HTML for the Pareto report, and the report displays correctly.
  4. In the Find text box, enter Details, and click the Apply Search button The reports table then shows a row for the Details table.
  5. Click View HTML. This time, the previously viewed Pareto appears.

The problem occurs because the current report is not updated correctly.

There is no solution or workaround for this problem.
