Problem Note 41359: IPNLP solver might not honor the MAXTIME= option and fails to respond indefinitely
The IPNLP solver in the OPTMODEL procedure might ignore the MAXTIME= option. The IPNLP solver might not respond to the MAXTIME= option and run indefinitely for large problems. By default MAXTIME=7200 seconds (two hours). This problem in the software occurs for either the default or user-specified value for the MAXTIME= option.
There is no workaround for this issue.
