Problem Note 41324: Administrator cannot create custom categories for a SAS® Human Capital Management profile for all users

In SAS Human Capital Management, individual users have the ability to add tables and Information Maps as custom categories in the Employee Profile. The administrator, however, does not have the ability to add tables or Information Maps as custom categories for a particular profile for all users. The administrator should have the ability to do so.
