Usage Note 41184: Issuing a SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server® LIBNAME
statement with Remote Library Services gives spurious message that library does not exist
If you are running SAS®
Scalable Performance Data Server®
(SPDS) 4.4 TSM8 with SAS 9.13, or SPDS 4.5 with SAS 9.2, and you assign a LIBNAME statement using Remote Library Services, you will receive a note in the SAS log stating that the library does not exist.
In fact, the library does exist and can be accessed from the local machine.
To correct this problem for both the SAS SPDS 4.4 and 4.5 releases,
obtain the latest hot fix.
