Problem Note 41119: Multiple WHERE ALSO statements in the DATA Step returns incorrect results or errors

When using 6 or more WHERE ALSO statements in a DATA Step, SAS will return either incorrect results, a Read Access Violation ERROR, or SAS will terminate.
To circumvent the problem you will need to ensure you use 5 or less WHERE ALSO statements in the DATA Step by combining multiple WHERE ALSO statements.
Another circumvention is to use 1 WHERE clause with multiple AND conditions in the DATA Step instead of using the WHERE ALSO statements.
