Usage Note 41047: Oracle WebLogic in the AIX 6.1 operating environment leaves sockets in CLOSE_WAIT state
When you run WebLogic under AIX 6.1, many sockets are left in the CLOSE_WAIT
state when you terminate the WebLogic process. This behavior prevents you from
starting WebLogic. The only way to start it is to reboot the machine.
