Problem Note 41926: An email fails with "ERROR: Email: The connection was reset by a peer"
Long TO='address' or CC='address' fields create a long header in email. This length can cause some SMTP servers to drop the connection.
When this issue occurs, the following error is written to the SAS log:
ERROR: Email: The connection was reset by a peer.
A circumvention is to shorten the number of characters in the recipient addresses to less than 998.
