Problem Note 41890: With SAS® Anti-Money Laundering, a service exception error occurs when routing cases to a group or users in the Investigation User Interface
When routing cases to a group or a user in the Investigation User Interface, the following service exception message might occur:
An unexpected error has occurred in the application.
Please have an administrator review the system log.
Details:
com.sas.aml.service.ServiceException: Error Creating Statement
com.ncr.teradata.jdbc_4.util.JDBCException: [NCR] [Teradata DBMS] :
Syntax error: expected something between '(' and the 'select' keyword.
This problem occurs if you are running SAS Anti-Money Laundering 4.X with Teradata.
