Problem Note 41881: A Java null-format exception error might occur when you delete alert comments in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering
You might experience a Java null format exception error similar to the following when you delete an alert comment:
java.lang.NumberFormatException: null
at java.lang.Integer.parseInt(Integer.java:417)
at java.lang.Integer.parseInt(Integer.java:499)
at com.sas.aml.service.AlertService.isMyAlertValid(AlertService.java:1842)
at com.sas.aml.service.AlertService.deleteComment(AlertService.java:931)
at
com.sas.aml.struts.action.DeleteCommentAction.execute(DeleteCommentAction.java:4
This error typically occurs when you are working in a previously opened comment window that relates an alert that was reassigned or checked in.
