Usage Note 41823: How to cancel an optimization group in SAS® Marketing Optimization
In SAS Marketing Optimization, you might need to cancel an Optimization Group that is not responding. Follow these steps to cancel an Optimization Group:
- Go to the Optimization Group screen.
- Select the drop down arrow in the top right of the screen.
- Select cancel processing.
Use this feature only when the Optimization Group in SAS Marketing Optimization has a pending status and fails to respond.
This functionality is not a true "cancel." Neither SAS Marketing Optimization nor SAS® Marketing Automation currently has the ability to stop SAS servers and roll back persisted information.
