Problem Note 41687: The display of broadcast details is corrupted in SAS® Digital Marketing 5.3 Web Studio
When opening SAS Digital Marketing 5.3 Web Studio, the display of broadcasts is corrupted and you are unable to select the broadcasts.
This corrupted display occurs when the subject of the broadcast e-mail contains a double quotation mark ("). A double quotation mark is also included by the system when the subject of the broadcasts includes a personalized variable, such as the customer's name.
A hot fix for SAS Digital Marketing 5.3 is available upon request from Technical Support.
