Problem Note 41586: Unable to type formatted date values into the filter dialog
If you attempt to filter data in the SAS® Add-in for Microsoft Office within the Filter and Sort window, the results may not return the expected values. The filter will ignore your date value and return the data without that filtered value. In previous releases of the SAS® Add-in, typing in the formatted value performed properly.
To circumvent this issue, type in the date value in a date literal format, like so:
"01apr2010"d
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
