Problem Note 41512: Run-time error is generated when Report Filter is populated in a PivotTable with the SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office

If the first area that you populate in a PivotTable is the Report Filter field in Microsoft Excel, you might receive the following exception:
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800A03EC): Unable to get the
TableRange1 property of the PivotTable class
at SAS.Shared.MSOffice.Reflector.GetProp(Object target, String name,
CultureInfo culture, Object[] args)
at SAS.Shared.MSOffice.AMOXL.PivotTable.get_TableRange1()
at SAS.OfficeAddin.ExcelAddin.OnSheetPivotTableUpdate(Worksheet worksheet,
PivotTable pivotTable)
at SAS.ExcelAddIn.VstoExcelAddIn.OnSheetPivotTableUpdate(Object Sh,
PivotTable Target)
To circumvent the exception, populate another field (such as Column Labels, Row Labels, or Values) before assigning the Report Filter field.
