Problem Note 41410: A member of the "Deny EI Access" group can still access the Emerging Issues workspace
A member of the Deny EI Access group can access the Emerging Issues workspace by using the CTRL with the CTRL+4 shortcut. However, the workspace cannot be accessed via the Emerging Issues workspace icon in the user interface.
There is no solution or workaround for this problem.
