Problem Note 41385: Code window in SAS® Enterprise Guide® might not work when using True Color settings in a Citrix client
When opening a code window within SAS Enterprise Guide through a Citrix Web Interface client, you might not be able to see or type in a code window. This problem can occur in a Program node, a custom code window selected within the Options window, or even a Preview code window selected from within tasks. In some cases, the window opens but is disabled where you would normally type in or view the code. In other cases, the window does not open and SAS Enterprise Guide stops responding.
This problem is most likely to happen when you are accessing SAS Enterprise Guide via a Citrix Web Interface client application, and the color properties of application are set to True Color. To circumvent this problem, change the Colors setting to 256 colors. The Colors setting is found under the Advanced ► Appearance section of the Properties window for the Citrix Application Properties.
