Problem Note 41013: Errors might occur when you use the SASTRACE= system option with the SAS/ACCESS® engines
When you use the SASTRACE= option with the SAS/ACCESS engines, a memory overwrite or Read-access violation error might occur. Usually the SASTRACE= option is a debugging option. However, when it is used with the SAS/ACCESS engines, this option might affect the machine's memory and result in error messages similar to the following:
ERROR: Memory overwrite in allocated memory detected when a pool was deleted near address 0x073A0098.
ERROR: Read Access Violation In Task [ sasxkern ] Exception occurred at (195E494)
The task listed in the error message might be related to the SAS product that you are using.
