Problem Note 40965: SAS® Strategy Management cannot open links to SAS® Human Capital Management or to SAS® Enterprise BI Server content

In SAS Strategy Management release 5.1, linking to SAS Human Capital Management or to SAS Enterprise BI content, such as SAS Web Report Studio reports and Information Maps, might cause the SAS Strategy Management application to terminate and might also result in the following error:
