Usage Note 40951: Arithemetic performed on DATA and TIME data types is not passed to the underlying DBMS in SAS/ACCESS® 9.1.3 software
Arithmetic that is performed on DATE and TIME data types, when they are included in an SQL procedure WHERE clause, might not be passed down to the underlying database. This behavior leads to poor performance in SAS/ACCESS 9.1.3 software.
