Problem Note 40848: A Java error occurs when forcing the checkout process for a SAS® Anti-Money Laundering case

If a user tries to check out a case from another user on the Available Cases screen (a forced checkout), the action fails with a Java error. This problem occurs when using the DB2, Teradata, or MySQL database.
The problem is with the sasaml.forcecheckoutcase.sql file, which requires a WHERE condition. This WHERE condition was added to the Oracle version of this SQL statement, but not to the DB2, Teradata, and MySQL versions. Thus, the process fails.
