Usage Note 40842: Linking to a portlet from SAS® BI Dashboard 4.3 is not supported
In SAS BI Dashboard 4.3, you cannot link from an indicator to another portlet. This functionality was removed because the application cannot link to portlets in portals that are not SAS portals. You can, however, link from an indicator to portal pages.
This is a change in behavior from version 4.2. In addition, SAS BI Dashboard content that was migrated from 4.2 to 4.3 will not have links configured after the upgrade.
