Prior to SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server 4.52, if you issued the LOCK statement on a SPD Server table, you received a note stating that you had exclusive access. This message was false; no exclusive access to the table was given.
The following error message is now issued when a LOCK statement is used:
ERROR: The FILE LOCKING function is not supported by the SASSPDS engine
