Problem Note 40536: Index greater than 2GB on Windows cannot be used with SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server

If you create an index greater than 2GB in size on Windows with SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server release 4.52, the index cannot be used.
Subsequent attempts to access the data set produce the following message in the SAS log:
WARNING: One or more indexes are corrupted on data set.
