Problem Note 40449: ANYDTDTE does not read a period value properly
In SAS® 9.1.3, when a period is read with ANYDTDTEw. informat, the result is a missing value.
In SAS 9.2, the incorrect result is a zero.

Reading a period with the ANYDTDTEw. informat produces inconsistent results between SAS releases 9.13 and 9.2. The results in 9.2 are incorrect.
