DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

A stack-overflow error can occur when you have link-looped diagrams or campaigns similar to the following in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio 5.3:

  • CampaignA contains a link node that links to diagram1, diagram2, diagram3, and so on.
  • These diagrams contain another link node that links back to CampaignA.

In this situation, the campaign will never open.

You cannot migrate these diagrams from SAS Customer Intelligence 5.1 to SAS Customer Intelligence 5.3.
