Problem Note 40395: The rating group help text does not support HTML formatting

In SAS® OpRisk Monitor, you can upload help text for each rating group from the "Data Load" screen. This help text can be formatted as HTML, however, the help text is only being displayed in plain text format.
After the help text has been uploaded, the system will display a "Help" link next to the rating group title when rating both form-based and questionnaire-based assessments. When you click the Help link, a pop-up dialog will display with the help text. The rating group Help should support HTML formatting.
