Problem Note 40386: SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office and SAS® Enterprise Guide® 4.3 cannot display prompted reports from SAS® Web Report Studio 4.2

If you attempt to open a SAS Web Report Studio 4.2 report in the SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office 4.3 or SAS Enterprise Guide 4.3, an error message similar to the following might appear:
Failed to execute salesreport.srx
If you click to view details, the following error appears.
An unknown error has occurred when trying to open salesreport.srx
If you view the SAS Web Report Studio log, the following error appears.
com.sas.apps.citation.facade.webservices.DownloadMgrAssistantImpl - Root Cause: com.sas.apps.citation.webreport.RendererException: Initialization Error (Failure integrating prompt answers from user.)
This problem is most likely to occur if you have prompts associated with the report.
To circumvent the problem, open the report using the SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office 4.2, or upgrade your SAS Web applications to version 4.3.
