Usage Note 40322: SAS® Web Report Studio capabilities that must be used in conjunction with other capabilities

SAS Web Report Studio provides a built-in set of capabilities that can be used to control which application features are available to users. However, some capabilities must be used in conjunction with other capabilities.
For example, you cannot grant the ability to create reports simply by adding the user to a role with Report Creation:Create Report enabled. In order to create reports, a user must have at least the Report Creation:Create Report capability, the Output:Save capability, and the Basic:Modify Repository capability. The following table lists the capabilities that have additional requirements in order to function.
