Problem Note 40057: URL hyperlinks in the SAS® Help Viewer for the Web might be incorrect

The SAS Help Viewer for the Web, which is accessed via the URL context /SASWebDoc, contains URL hyperlinks that might not be generated correctly in certain network topologies. The problem is related to the incoming HTTP request that is available to the Web application server where the SAS application is deployed.
The problem occurs when this request has a different protocol or address than what is defined in the metadata-configuration properties for the SAS Help Viewer. As a result, the links can be incorrect and, possibly, inaccessible.
This issue can be related to firewall or demilitarized-zone (DMZ) configurations or to configurations related to the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
