Problem Note 40046: An error occurs when you create, drop, or replace user-defined functions in a database

When you create, drop, or replace user-defined functions in a database, the functions appear to be handled correctly. However, when you attempt to use these functions in a database, you might receive an error similar to the following:
ERROR: Teradata row not delivered (trget): The library for UDF/XSP/UDM sas.tera52c_em_classification could not be found.
There is no workaround for this problem.
