Usage Note 40752: LIMITSTAT= and LIMITS= options might be ignored by the SGPLOT and SGPANEL procedures
The LIMITSTAT= and LIMITS= options might be ignored when these options are specified in the VBAR or HBAR statement with the SGPLOT or SGPANEL procedure. This is most likely to occur if the GROUP= option has also been specified in the VBAR or HBAR statement.
The LIMITSTAT= and LIMITS= options have no effect if the GROUP= option is also specified.
