Problem Note 40653: SASĀ® Clinical Standards Toolkit 1.3 - Premature end of File generates an ERROR
In Clinical Standards Toolkit there are serveral tables that need to be populated, one of them being the SASReferences data set, which is used by the input and output created by the process and that the "source data" is used by CST to define the input and output file, library references, the macro autocall and format search paths for each Toolkit process. In a process that creates an XML file this SASReferences data set needs to have a record with type="sourcedata" and the path column needs to contain the folder where the source data is located.
In the case of the CRT-DDS standard the path must be the folder that contains the SAS data sets that represent the CRT-DDS data model. The SAS representation of the CRT-DDS model contains 39 data sets. It depends on the contents of the define.xml file to be created what the required subset of these 39 data sets will be.
When the SASReferences data set does not contain a correct reference to the source data the following messages will be generated:
ERROR: 'Premature end of file.'
ERROR: 'com.sun.org.apache.xml.internal.utils.WrappedRuntimeException: Premature end of file.'
Check to make sure that all of the librefs/filerefs referenced in the SASReferences data set actually exist, and that the user has read/write access to the data sets specified.
