Problem Note 40574: startIndex cannot be larger than length of string
The following error might occur in Microsoft Excel when you publish a SAS® Financial Management report or form to the SAS Information Delivery Portal's Document Manager if the length of the path + the length of the name of the report or form is longer than 68 characters.

If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to
continue.
