Usage Note 40552: Nothing happens when attempting to open the Client Diagnostics tool for SASĀ® Activity-Based Management 7.1
If you select the Client Diagnostics tool in SAS Activity-Based Management release 7.1, it is possible that the Client Diagnostics tool will not be activated.
This is because
DHTML Editing Control for Microsoft Internet Explorer
needs to be installed on the client machine where the Client Diagnostics tool is run. This control is automatically installed by certain Microsoft products, including Microsoft Office 2007.
If this software is not installed on the client machine, it is necessary to download the
DHTML Editing Control from Microsoft.
