Problem Note 40477: SAS® Digital Marketing reports do not show replies that are received
SAS Digital Marketing reports are not showing that replies have been received from broadcasts that were sent successfully by e-mail, and to which a reply was given. This problem occurs when the Reply table is held in a database other than Teradata or SAS® data sets (for example, in Oracle).
When you view the Reply table, the entries are present, but the enteries are located in a column called TYPE_ rather than the correct column called TYPE.
A hot fix for SAS Digital Marketing 5.3 is available upon request from Technical Support.
